Location: Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture

Concept:
 This toilet is located in a park. The designer wished to harmonise with the natural environment. So he chose "COR-TEN steel" as the material because COR-TEN steel does not require coating to prevent corrosion. Use of this environmentally friendly material has resulted in a unique toilet.

 COR-TEN steel : roof t=6mm  
                      : wall t=9mm  
 surface finishing: air sand blasted
                         without coating  

Features:
 The roofing and walls are all COR-TEN steel single plate with each toilet separated by a curved single plate. The COR-TEN steel colour will change with time to empathise with the environment around the toilet.
